Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh, chilled and frozen foods. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Non-perishable items may be eligible for cancellation in accordance with your statutory rights.
